QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), was developed by Dolores Cannon and focuses on the concept that the client will go to “the most appropriate time, place and experience” to address any requests for healing and information. Similar to dream work or soul travel, you are able to speak and describe your experience all the while being assisted by your facilitator Sandra. The term Higher Self refers to that part of you that is the Divine spark which has more wisdom and knowledge about you and your life plan than your more “everyday” or “temporal” self.

During a session, you will be gently guided into a very deep and relaxed state of hypnosis (theta), where you have access to that bigger part of you that has been with you since the very beginning! In your higher state of awareness, you will access incredible wisdom, healing, loving guidance and answers to your questions. This aspect of you is always present and exists just below the surface of the conscious mind. Your Higher Self always has the best and the highest of intentions for you at the core of all your experiences and the love, kindness and humor it shares is touching beyond words. A QHHT session is powerfully transforming and will open your heart, mind, imagination and may be the most profound and transformational experience of your life. It’s extraordinary that all insights come directly from you, in your words and voice. There is a treasure trove within each of us just waiting to be discovered and QHHT dives deep and brings it to the surface. Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility.

By the end of your session one thing is for sure, you will not be the same person that you were at the beginning of the session. It’s common for clients to come out of hypnosis with a look of awe and wonder with the newly gained inner-knowing and connection. This is the beauty of this multi-dimensional experience called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Once you have experienced it, you will have a clearer inner-standing of how to maintain this connection to your Higher Self.

There are 3 parts to your QHHT session. We will spend the first portion going over your reasons for wanting this experience, and going over your list of questions. The second portion is the hypnosis part and you’ll be under for approximately two hours. The third and final portion is spent going over your experience and new insights received during your session. QHHT sessions are held in downtown SAN LUIS OBISPO, California.

QHHT Hypnosis – In-Person First Time Session: Approximately 4.5 hours from start to finish. In-Person SUNDAY ONLY – $450

QHHT Hypnosis – In-Person Return Visit Session: Approximately 3.5 hours from start to finish. In-Person SUNDAY & MONDAY – $395

• Sessions are digitally recorded during the hypnosis portion and emailed within 48 hours after your session.
• A map with directions and helpful suggestions for a wonderful session, are emailed after booking along with your confirmation.

In general, lists include concerns about health, trauma, self-worth issues, life path questions, career changes, relationships and other curiosities. There are no taboo subjects for your list. Your Higher Self will not shy away from anything they deem is important for you to know. Take the time you need to compile a list of between 10 to 20 questions. We can always add to your list on the day of your session.

The best preparation is to let go of all expectations or comparisons to stories you have read or heard about through other’s experiences, and allow your Higher Self to bring in the experience that you are personally ready to receive and that is quintessentially yours.

Rescheduling your session within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $80 rescheduling fee.
